Y is for Yoga 05/10/2010
Y is for Yoga! EDS invited me to do a yoga class for Mrs. Thrasher and Mrs. Bennets class. We had 24 3 and 4 year olds. They were fantastic!! We did sun salutations, om's and all sorts of fun poses. Thier attention lasted a good 20 minutes. I was so proud of them and they had lots of fun. Thank you EDS for a new and wonderful yoga experience.    Add Comment |
