We have a couple new additions to Team Anjali.  Tammy, AnneMette and Jessica.  I think this pretty much completes our schedule.  I could not be more thrilled with the variety of talent, experience and knowledge these women bring to yoga and the studio.  Tammy, a dear friend of mine for many years brings strength, grace and focus.  She is just about finished with her training through Rolf Gates in Charlotte and is sure to deliver a spectacular class.  She will be covering my Saturday Vinyasa while I'm gone and taking over the Wednesday Foundations. 

AnneMette has been a faithful sub for the last couple months and will now be taking over the Sunday Foundations class as well as subbing for a number of of us that are out of town.  AnneMette is trained in the YogaFit© style which is flowing vinyasa yoga with a little power yoga thrown in for fun! Everyone is welcome to her classes regardless of experience.  AnneMette has a strength of heart, mind and body and will deepen and strengthen your practice, your heart and soul.

Jessica, sweet, sweet Jessica.  Since we opened in January I had wanted to have a meditation class on the schedule.  I put ads in the paper, craigslist and of course this website as well as the universal airwaves to find just the right person that really jived with my/our philosophy of the studio.  Well, patience is a virtue, for sure.  Along came Jessica.  She is out of this world.  Not only is she a licensed Naturopathic Practitioner and Homepathic doctor, she is downright fantastic.  Jessica will drop you in and take you away from all of your earthly worries.  She will ease your mind, settle your heart and help you to find your soul.  In her class you will be taught mantras (my all time favorite practice), manifestation techniques and whatever else she might have up her sleeve.  Whether you are a seasoned yogi, a stressed out worker or just a curious individual, you won't be disappointed in your travels with Jessica.

Congratulations to Marcy Lincicome, David Lord, Marie & Drew Thorne-Thomsen and their teams for battling it out on the courts for the last four days.  I know we all played hard, sweat bullets, and had a good time playing against some of the best in our state.  I don't know about them but I am SOAR...  Looking forward to getting back in the studio.  We have a great July to look forward to.  Some great new classes and our new teachers Ashley and Kyndra.
