As Xmas draws near and our lists of things to do grows longer and longer don't forget to take time to care for yourself.  Most importantly, do yoga.  Get to a class, squeeze in a couple of poses at home and try to saver a few moments bringing in balance and spirit.  


Easier said than done!  Or, go shopping, entertain friends and family, hustle and bustle around, eat, drink and be merry, then, go to class.  


As Sri. Pattabi Jois would say "Practice, Practice, Practice and all is coming"

Well, the deal is sealed.  Papers signed and project Anjali is breaking ground next week.  Construction to commence on Monday in hopes of opening Jan 15th.  


I feel so blessed to be able to fulfill a personal dream of opening a studio and sharing the most valuable gift that was ever given to me, YOGA.  So come take a ride on your little magic carpet with me.  I promise it will never be what you expect.
