Summertime's on the way, and the heat is already here! Jessica sent a little insight from the studio where she studies in Florida on dealing with the heat: Take a siest-asana! "It's common in the hotter regions of the world to dial it down during the hottest hours of the day. And even if our ramped-up American culture doesn't support the practice of resting for it's own sake, we can buck the system for our own well-being."
