As Xmas draws near and our lists of things to do grows longer and longer don't forget to take time to care for yourself. Most importantly, do yoga. Get to a class, squeeze in a couple of poses at home and try to saver a few moments bringing in balance and spirit.
Easier said than done! Or, go shopping, entertain friends and family, hustle and bustle around, eat, drink and be merry, then, go to class.
