OK, let's make something clear here. This is the most common question that I get. The studio is a toasty 75-85 degrees depending on the class. Beginner's and seniors don't exactly need to fry their brain cells while trying to practice and learn about yoga. Our Vinyasa and Anjali class is on the warmer side and yes, YOU WILL SWEAT. I don't want people passing out, throwing up or leaving and never coming back because of the heat. So all I can offer those that have the heat addiction is to come and try it out. If it's not hot enough for you, speak up and we will do a few more SuryaNamaskara B's and crank up your internal furnace.
